Default Teacher and student teacher Christmas gifts?

I want to get a head start on teacher gifts this year. E has one main teacher and A has one main professor/teacher and 2 student teachers. What is something small but not tchotchke that I can give or make them. I don't want to do a shelf sitter thing because they always get a ton of those. I'd like it to be made-I knit and sew.

Ideas?

I do those ruffle scarfs, usually something like tea, and something they can use in the classroom.

when I was teaching I loved things like Starbucks cards and movie theater gift cards. I'd save my starbucks cards for teacher workdays or days I needed a pick me up and treat myself to a fun coffee drink ont he way to work
~~~~~~~
One had written on it "Thanks a Latte for being a great teacher". I th ought that was cute
Knitted dishcloth and a bar of soap (either homemade or etsy or local farmers market style)
I've only gifted one teacher. Lili's kindergarten teacher. We got her a Starbucks gift card. I think this year I'll gift baked goods.
This year I'm knitting boot cuffs and making body butter. I got super cheap shea butter and I thought I'd utilize it.
Not homemade but we got the French's onion containers and color a snowman face on there. Then I fill it with personal size items like chapstick, tissues, hand sanitizer, coffes, teas, and 1 piece of chocolate.
