I started with turkey, rice and pears, but tiny dd didn't get better after a few weeks on that and then I switched to navy beans, ground pork and broccoli.

There is really nothing like pork and beans with a side of broccoli for breakfast.

Oh and the only seasoning I used to start was pickling salt. Pickling salt has no additives (or at least as far as I can find).

Doesn't soynd very appealing, but it will make me feel better I am all for it. So, no coffee??

No, no coffee, but I don't like coffee anyway. Chocolate has been the hardest thing to give up. And candy. But giving them up has made me lose 30 pounds, so I look good, but I'm grouchy, lol.

I do consume a lot of caffeine so I worry about the withdrawal. I might have to go slow with that
