Default My nipples are killing me.

I have been don't breastfeeding for like a year and a half. I'll admit if, the last few months I've started wearing a bra only when I leave the house, and do that as little as possible. But then, when I go from bra to bra-less my nipple go all HARD and OUCH! It lasts hours. I don't understand this. Tell me this happens to you. Tell me it's normal. Tell me mine aren't broken.

Vasospasm? I think it can happen even when you're not nursing

Maybe, although I never had that while nursing. And I occasionally get that achy let down feeling too. My boobs are confused, apparently.
