Washing in an HE too loader
I'm staying with my parents until we can find a place. They have an HE top loading machine. Bry has a rash. It isn't like his normal rashes, which he has a lot with his food sensitivities. I'm about to try sposies and see if the rash goes away. How do I get the diapers clean??? I'm doing a rinse cold, hot wash, and two rinses. This last load I just did I did all that, then pulled out everything with PUL and ran a sanitize setting. I have not tried those diapers yet. I pulled them out of the dryer late last night. How much soap should I be using? I'm so clueless.

Bleach? What detergent are you using? And I'm a bit excessive, so I do several wash runs, with extra rinses

The Blue Clam of Doom smites me with my 2x4 with a rusty nail on it and gives me butt herpes and lactating fits. I will not insult The Title Fairy again.

Does it have a bulky items setting? Its what I use on mine and gives the most water. I do one wash with an extra rinse with detergent (I use tide) and vinegar on the bleach compt every so often and then do another wash without detergent.

Dear mom,
You get mad at me for not acting my age, and then start sobbing because I'm "growing up too fast."
Sincerely, pick one!

It might be crap from their machine sticking to the diapers (crap = residue). We visited Dh's family once and washed diapers there and whatever was in that washer made DD (who was 9mo at the time) break out bright red and blisters within an hour getting a diaper. I stripped their machine and it was working fine after that. I can only imagine it was cleaning their regular laundry better too. They like to use liquid softener and I think that was the main culprit.

I'm using tide powder. They do use softner. Maybe I'll clean the machine and try washing everything again. The rash isn't all over, so it may just be something I ate. It's mostly around his anus and up his butt crack. A little in his ball/leg crease area on one side. Ugh. I want my own house and my own crappy washer!
