Isn't that an amber teething necklace? I remember hearing she had a drug free birth too. Anyways, they are both so gorgeous!

Yup, it looks like an amber necklace to me
 . I hope more celebrities have them on their children so maybe we can get some more mainstream articles and acceptance with them. GMIL acted as if ours will murder our child if they wear them and says she will remove it if she ever sees it on him... she also thinks our sleepywrap(moby wrap) is a death wtrap as well.
